Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you request early access, you give us your name, your email address and the name of your club. The club sign-up form in the app also lets you add your location, your sport and a message, if you choose. If you tell us you are interested in sponsoring a club, you give us your business name, its category if you choose, your name and your email address. That is all the information we ask for. Like almost every website, the service that hosts these pages automatically keeps standard technical records, such as your IP address and the time of your visit, to keep the site running and secure. To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled version of your IP address for about an hour. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To see how many people visit clubdispatch.com and how they found it, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and does not record who you are. The club sign-up form in the app does not use analytics. If we add anything else, we will update this page first.

How we use it. We use the details you send us to contact you about early access to ClubDispatch or about sponsoring a club, and to keep a record of the clubs and businesses that have asked. We do not sell or rent your information, and we only share it with the service providers that host this site and store our records for us.

How long we keep it. We keep your request until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to contact you about early access.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us by emailing hello@clubdispatch.com. We will do it as soon as we can, and within 30 days.

Children. This site is for adults who run, volunteer with or sponsor youth sports clubs. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

What this covers. This policy covers clubdispatch.com, the club sign-up form at app.clubdispatch.com/inquire and the sponsor interest form at app.clubdispatch.com/sponsor/signup. The rest of the ClubDispatch app will have its own privacy policy.

Changes. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
